Bamburgh Castle painted in acrylics on a brand new wooden panel. Much like the shape of a canvas but a smooth finish with no give when painting. I’ve really enjoyed painting on this surface, as there is no movement I can work in finer details with my brushes.
The original has been finished with an archival varnish and is lovely and glossy.
